Benji has developed a distinctive style, expertly capturing the humour in the subtleties of human behavior and the absurdities of everyday life. Most recently, Benji brought comedy to trading with “80’s Mac is Back” for Pepperstone, giving global tennis icon John McEnroe an anachronistic 1980s persona and pitch-perfect, deadpan delivery. His “Two Become One” spot for Temptations, featuring a man whose entire personality has been subsumed by his cat, comically explores the symbiotic relationship between humans and their pets. The film showcases Benji’s deft observational skills, expertly balancing absurdist humor with narrative depth. Other notable works include his series of films for Dr. Pepper, highlighting Benji’s storytelling prowess and penchant for brilliant performances, as well as his iconic “Fulfillment Center” spot for Monster that reimagines job hunting with a medieval twist.

His work has garnered praise at Cannes, AICP, Clios, and The One Show, among others. Notably, Benji’s REI “#OptOutside” campaign swept the international awards circuit with a Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, the Gold Pencil for Best in Show, along with Gold Pencils in six other categories, three Silver Pencils, and one shortlist at The One Show, in addition to two Wood Pencils at the D&AD Awards.
